In order to comply with the European Union (EU) Directive on Distance Selling, the following Terms & Conditions must be agreed to before your order can be processed.
McCallums Hampers guarantees that all products contained in their hampers are of the highest quality, that all manufacturers / suppliers have signed Certificates of Assurance that their products meet current EU legistlation standards. Some hampers contain fresh food items which should be refrigerated on arrival.
McCallums Hampers accepts payment via all major credit and debit cards (no minimum spend) and uses a secure payment system. Online payments are processed securley via PayPal.
McCallums Hampers makes every effort to ensure our hampers arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a hamper not being delivered within 14 days of placing an order customers should contact and advise McCallums Hampers. McCallums Hampers will make every effort to locate the hamper, and if necessary, send a replacement at our expense or provide a full refund.
If a hamper arrives damaged in any way, customers should contact McCallums Hampers within 3 days of receipt. In this case McCallums Hampers will, depending upon your' preference, arrange for the damaged hamper or item(s) to be picked up by our couriers and returned to the company. McCallums Hampers will either send a replacement hamper or replacement items, upon confirmation that the damaged items have been returned via our couriers.
Refunds for valid claims will be made to the same credit or debit card used to place order.
Deliveries within the United Kingdom are made within 5 to 7 days by our couriers. McCallums Hampers will make every effort to dispatch orders on the day of receipt. Delivery will be Monday to Friday (excluding bank Holidays) only, unless specifically requested - please contact us to discuss your requirements.
This remains with McCallums Hampers until the goods are paid for in full.
These are included within the cost of our hampers and products at a flate rate of £5.00 per order. Please contact us for overseas delivery orders and charges.
VAT is included in the cost of each hamper, where applicable.
Upon submitting an order through our website using our automated online shopping system, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfil an order placed (due to having sold out of a hamper or hampers selected), we will advise you by the first working day following receipt of that order. If payment has been made on an order that we are unable to fulfil we will immediately refund payment by the same method as the payment made.

Only persons legally permitted to do so, by local licensing regulations, may order hampers containing alcohol.
Whilst every effort will be made to supply the items as specified, the contents of our hampers are subject to availability. McCallums Hampers reserves the right to substitute items of similar or higher value, where appropriate.

While every effort will be made to meet shoppers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond the control of McCallums Hampers.
